Dear sirs, creators of the Devious film and such. Just wanted to pop in and say I am quite impressed by your film project to create an unknown Dr who adventure. I admit,I was suprised you got Jon to show up in a cameo as the 3rd doctor,(I always wondered what the 3rd doc looked like wearing the 2nd doc's clothes.lol.) I'm from the USA and have been watching the 9th doc chris on sci fi channel. It's been good so far,and I look forward to dave tenant next as the time lord. I would however just like to know one thing when you get the film done---where exactly do you plan to broadcast it? TV? DVD? Movie theater? Internet? I would just really like to know so I can watch this splendid new adventure. Feel free to write back and I look forward to seeing this film either way.

    Sincerly yours a Whovian Aaron.

Hey, I'm in the US and well, your site said to email and say hi if you're in the US, so here I am. I have only watched 3 episodes of the Ninth Doctor, and plan on getting the series 1 set when it comes out here. I think it's coming out in July. I guess I was destined to be a Doctor Who fan. I had a professor in college who was a die-hard fan, he even had a painting on his office wall with the first five or six doctors on it. One day, he let me borrow his entire video-taped collection of old Who episodes. I watched them, but, not knowing the backstory I didn't know what I was watching. A while later, I read a Wikipedia entry and then it snapped into place. I just stumbled onto your site, and it looks interesting, a Doctor between Doctors, exciting. Well, I should bugger on off about now, you can use this for you guestbook if you want to. Later.

dalek owner and operator Chris QuinnHi there! Just thought I would say hello. The website looks great. Good to hear that things continue to progress. We look forward to seeing the end product (I guess that you do too!)

    Best wishes Chris Quinn

Hey guys, just love the work on Devious. I first heard about you from the Curse of Fatal Death bit and then learned through DWM that your own home movie had Jon Pertwee in it. What a fantastic concept of the Interim Doctor. However 1) will you be allowing copies to be made for the public like Kate Orman and Jon Blum did with Time Rift? And how do you feel that the BBC Books Range finally took your method of thinking and gave us that season 6B that we have all argued about over time... Would you have rather it been the 2nd Doctor or a Doctor 2 1/2 like your film sugests?

Hiya, Hello. Always a pleasure to see the Dalek's spreading across the planet! I own a Dalek which i bought only a week ago, and i fear the voice modulator has blown up. As I have no idea where it came from, can you suggest a good modulator that i can buy to replace it? Thanks for your help. Deano.

I've been watching your progress for over four years now. I am still amazed by how good your props and sets are. I'm chomping at the bit to see this project finished. After seeing your clips, a couple of other fan productions of Doctor Who and Star Trek, and a few other pieces on the web, I honestly think the folks like you doing it for the love of the program are doing a better job in some ways than the studios that do the actual series (this is especially true of the recent Star Trek series, the new DW series is great, so far). Anyhow, I just wanted to let you know that we in the States are looking forward to seeing Devious!

Hi! Great to see your good-looking sets and props and to hear of your long-sustained activity and enthusiasm. I look forward to seeing more when the time comes! Meanwhile thanks for your site's glimpses behind-the-scenes. I'm 44 and in the earliest stages of making a 2005/2006-style console myself, with help from youth-group members, family & friends. It's a bit of a tricky shape! ... I'd be glad to keep in touch with progress. Best wishes!

Hi. Great website. I'm very impressed by the quality of the props. I always wanted to make a Doctor Who film but never had the wherewithal to do it. I did build a full size tardis but have sadly sold it. Keep up the good work. I certainly don't mind my comments being in the future guestbook. Regards Jacob

Just found out about this. I'm curious to know the story, especially with Jon Pertwee being involved. I'm an amateur filmmaker myself trying to finish work on something I started back in 2003. I can only imagine what you all are going through. Remember to keep your wits and sense of humor about you at all times and NEVER GIVE UP!!

guys loved evil was great fun and good to see so many kids enjoying the show. The idea of having the daleks as a presence on the stage throughout the play was inspired. loved it, even if i did whoop a bit when the theme played. Can you also say a big thanks to andrew Haslam for giving my mate and i directions to Martha's. Was hoping to see him there later. Can you tell him i owe him a drink. good luck with Masterplan Marty

It's almost ten years now since I first found out about Devious. It was the Panopticon convention at Coventry that year and it was introduced and when it srarted I couldn't believe what I was watching. The idea of the doctor caught between regenerations is a great idea and as the edited highlights of 'episode five' progressed I soon realised I was watching something very special. The highlight of what was shown was of course the transformation of Doctor 2 and a half to three was magnificent and to see Jon Pertwee in this role was a very moving experience for me especially as he had passed away just a few months previous. I have literally just discovered this website in the last week otherwise I would have posted something sooner, but to see the project is still happening is great. With Doctor Who being a BBC show and with all the problems involved in people like you making films like this without infringing copyright, is there any possibility of us getting to see something of Devious, even if it was something like the montage that you showed at Panopticon. What I see here is a real commitment from people who enjoy making Doctor Who and I really admore all the work that has been put into Devious.

All the best to you all PAUL

    Sam Crisp

Hello! Keep up the good work!

Hey love the project. I think it's brilliant that its been ongoing for so long. What I love about Dr. Who is that for something that takes place out of a standard time frame, it always has a very contemporary feel to it.With your story being produced over 10 years I can't wait to see the differing styles. And as for using Jon Pertwee it's truely amazing.

P.S. Am I the only one who thinks your doc resembles Teddy Sherringham!
