Well - do we use a photo-realistic backdrop like a Hubble photo composited into shot with After Effects or Lightwave - or do we create a simple starfield. Or do we leave the sky black on the grounds that the stars are hard to see if you're looking at something bright like an asteroid or spaceship - after all in the Apollo missions you can't see the stars very well when they are on the moon due to the glare of the surface.
The chances are we'll go with the prettiest or most evocative of space - doubtless with large purple nebulas and so on.
We've already got the first spaceship model created in lightwave and are currently seeing how it appears in orbit around the planet where all the action in Devious is centred.
We're interested to know your thoughts...?
